Perfectly said, we are more than happy to help with your animals and their care. We are a specialist for a reason
Recently, we've been bombarded with customers who are buying products from unreliable sources online and then coming to us for their animals. We then have to explain that they cannot have the animal they were so excited to get because the set up is incorrect & offer hours worth of advice to fix the problems that could have been avoided if they had just supported their local reptile shop.
We are ALWAYS happy to offer advice and time to our customers, however, those that shop with us and support us instead of huge online retailers are what keeps us open, keeps food on our table and ensures we can continue to do what we love every single day.
You may well find the product slightly cheaper online, however, what you will not receive is the dedicated aftercare, the years of experience and knowledge offering you advice and answering any questions you have and the completely unique experience that local shops try to offer each individual customer.
Our animals are sourced from experienced, reputable and dedicated breeders who are passionate about producing well bred, healthy animals so by supporting us, you support them too! If we do not source them from outside of our shop, we breed them ourselves which, of course, is our passion and we strive to produce the best animals we can for our customers.
