👻Westlands Spooky Fun Show👻

Below is a rough time table for sundays spooky show.
Entries are now closed and we are unable to take entries on the day.
Please make sure you are wearing you numbers on your bridle so we know who you are, and be prepared to get abit soggy, all held in our westlands arena!
Timetable - PLEASE read Carefully!
10am Class 1
10.15am Class 2
10.45am Class 4
11am Class 5
11.15am Class 7
11.45am Class 8
12pm Class 3

If you Place 1st in any of the above Classes you are eligible for our Championship Class at 12.30pm Please let us know if you do not wish to participate in this class so we are not waiting for you.

Races will start from Approx 12.45pm.

Please arrive through westlands arena entrance, do not park/ eat/ stand on the grass!!
Please check in with Kimberley and let her Know you are here, 10 mins before your class starts, so classes can get underway asap.

******IMPORTANT****** PLEASE ADVISE IF YOU ARE RIDING A PONY.

Each group will have a max of 4 riders all jumping similar heights. you will be given a 1 hour time slot 1 week before the clinic.

CLINIC WILL START FROM 9am

Times will be allocated a week before clinic.

Below are times for Saturday's Championship Show.
Please message Kimberley 07738111544 if you have any problems, she is dealing with all the timings.
Entry through Arena entrance (not the gate with the wooden horse sculptures)
Please remember we run to BD rules so 2 x numbers, Gloves and BD legal tack must be worn.
As this is a Championship show, you will not be permitted callers or whips (this does not affect you if you in the open classes)

If you have Qualified 1st to 3rd in any of our dressage shows this year you have qualified for our champs show on Saturday 18th October. BUT entries are low and we want to offer out some wild cards at 4th place, So if you placed 4th in any of our shows you can now take part in the champs show.
Entries will close on weds 15th at 7pm on the dot as we need time to organise everyone.

If you didn't qualify this time but would like to enter some dressage we are running some open classes alongside the champs show!

Get your entries in now to ensure this show can run!
