🐟 Metynnis maculatus – Spotted Silver Dollars 🐟

A really lovely group of Metynnis maculatus now in!

These are such a smart-looking silver dollar, with their silvery body, subtle spotting and warm golden tones really coming through under the aquarium lights. ✨

They’re active, peaceful schooling fish and look fantastic when kept as a group. A great choice if you’re looking for something a little different from the usual silver dollars.

Just a little reminder of our opening hours!

We know many of you travel a fair distance to visit us, so we wanted to post our current opening times. These have been our trading hours for quite a while now, but people still occasionally get caught out.

We’ve had a few messages from customers asking where we are, only to realise we’ve been closed that day! We’d hate for anyone to make a wasted journey.

Our opening hours are:
