🐾🐾De-Matting Policy🐾🐾

Your pet’s safety is our top priority. We will de-matt small areas if your dog allows it.
Our normal grooming charges do not include excessive de-matting. As from 1st March 2025, there will be an extra charge for the extra grooming time your pet may require. The extra charge is for the time, patience and expertise needed to perform the de-matting safely. This process also adds extra wear and tear to our equipment.
Please note, that dogs that are severely matted, will be shaved short, as this is the most comfortable and safest procedure in most cases. This would be discussed and agreed with the customer.
We do not recommend de-matting elderly, aggressive or ill dogs.
