Good Afternoon to you all 👋 I've had a couple of cancellation/reschedules with 2 this week. May I please ask all clients to check their appointments & please let me know if you are unable to attend 🙏 I know things happen a few days before but if I am away it's super hard for me to cover appointment availability for when I return 😔

Just a quick reminder of the cancellation policy 🐩

Jago's Pet Boutique and Spa kindly requests at least 48 hours notice in the event of a cancellation or rescheduled appointment.
Charges will apply to any appointment cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the appointment time.

Appointments cancelled with less then 48 hours notice will be CHARGED 50% of the full groom cost.
Appointments cancelled within 24 hours notice will be CHARGED the full groom cost.

Please note my opening times are 9am - 6pm any enquires outside of these hours will be seen to the next day.

Good Morning to you all & Hello Spring 👋 Finally a little bit of sunshine 😁 I am incredibly busy here at Jago's with only the one appointment left in May ❤️ Thank you again to all of my wonderful clients for keeping me so busy 🥰

Please note the salon will be closed from midday on Saturday 2nd May and will reopen on Thursday 7th May 😊 will be here as usual on Wednesday but I am taking a little time off 👍

Good Morning to you all & Happy Birthday week to Jago's 🎉 Saturday 26th April will mark 5 years since I took the leap & opened the doors to Jago's 😁 I'm not going to lie running a business as a solo owner whilst trying to do this crazy thing called life is not easy but it's been worth every moment 🥰 Thank you to each and everyone of you for trusting me with your pups ❤️ I've been a dog groomer now for 12 years & it's crazy to think I've been looking after some of your pups their entire lives 🐶 Your support is very much appreciated & I am incredibly proud & grateful for the success Jago's has become 🎊

Good Morning to you all 👋 I hope you had a lovely Easter 🐰 I just wanted to take a moment to thank you all for bearing with me last week ❤️ Having my car stolen wasn't on the cards and it came as a bit of a shock 😔 I am incredibly grateful to have my beautiful salon & seeing you guys last week really kept me going 🐶 I've also had a couple appointments become available for April/May🐩
