Just a quick reminder of the cancellation policy 🐩

Jago's Pet Boutique and Spa kindly requests at least 48 hours notice in the event of a cancellation or rescheduled appointment.
Charges will apply to any appointment cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the appointment time.

Appointments cancelled with less then 48 hours notice will be CHARGED 50% of the full groom cost.
Appointments cancelled within 24 hours notice will be CHARGED the full groom cost.

Please note my opening times are 9am - 6pm any enquires outside of these hours will be seen to the next day.

Good Saturday morning to you all 👋 It's been a very busy week here at Jago's 🥰 Thank you again for keeping me so busy & for all of your kind words ❤️ All emails have now been sent 📧 If you haven't received an email over the last few days please let me know 👍 I've been incredibly busy over the past few weeks but due to cancellation/reschedule I have a couple of appointments available over the next couple of weeks 🐶

Good Wednesday Afternoon to you all 😊 It appears that I am going to be bringing the sunshine home with me 🌞 Just a quick reminder not to walk your dogs in the heat please 🙏 The salon is fully air conditioned set at cool 18 degrees 😎 Appointments can go ahead as scheduled 👍 HOWEVER may I please remind you all NOT TO walk your dogs in the heat especially before their grooming appointments 🐕‍🦺 I can't stress to you enough how important it is that dogs DO NOT attend their grooming appointments exhausted 🙏 If any dog is deamed exhausted on arrival I will have no choice but to refuse the groom 😔 Heat Exhaustion can be fatal & it can happen almost instantly. Please take precautions when the weather warms up & let's protect our pups 🐶 I will see you all when I am back in the salon on Friday ✈️

Good Tuesday morning to you all 👋 Can you believe that July is almost here 😱 Speaking of which this week is the last week of my 30s 👀 I'll be 40 on Sunday 🎉 Theyfore the salon will be closed from midday on Saturday 4th July & will reopen on Friday 10th July 👍 I am off to Ibiza for a few days to celebrate ✈️ Please be aware that I will not be contactable during this time 😎 May I please ask you to get in touch this week with enquires or reschedules 🙏 I find it difficult switching off & I really want to enjoy ibiza🤞💃Thank you again for keeping me so busy 🥰 I appreciate you all ❤️

Good Monday Morning to you all & Hello June 👋 Where has half the year just gone?! 😱 Super excited to welcome in the summer months & hopefully have some lovely weather🤞This is also the last month of my 30s! 👀 40th Birthday celebrations coming soon 🎉
Just a quick update on availability for those needing appointments 🐶 I am incredibly busy at the moment but I've managed to open an extra day for 2 appointments on Wed 1st July 😊 At the moment these are the only appointments available between now & Friday 24th July 🐩 However I do get some cancellations/reschedules so availability does change 👍
