Look at that face 😍

This girl is only 13 weeks old and look at the size of her!

Her owners took her to a puppy class and were still struggling, so booked a session with myself.

We worked on stopping her jumping up, stopping the biting, calm dog interactions as well as loose lead walking!

Her owners were amazed how much she managed in an hour, and she was rather tired when I left 😴 😂

So George, the pointer, has had his turn lately at the vets!!

Unfortunately, he had some tumours growing on him, which needed to be removed. Luckily, they were not serious!

He came home with one of the plastic cones, which caused utter chaos in the house 😒
So we got him a fabric cone to reduce the destruction!

While George was having some time with his cone off, Boden decided he was missing out, so he shoved his head through the collar and decided to wear it himself.....

Fighting brothers 😔

These two boys had some friction between themselves, now both reaching maturity. Unfortunately, it had turned into full-on fights!

Their owner had tried Google and YouTube and was getting nowhere, so called me in for some urgent help!

After we looked at why they were fighting, what the triggers were, and also how to stop this behaviour, whilst also rebalancing the family dynamics. Here they are on their second session. Their owner was made up they could be back together ❤️

We also worked on leaving the house calmly and improving on their loose lead walking 😃

Look at these two 🤣

Their owner needed help with a list of problems!

From barking and jumping up on visitors to reactivity out on the walk towards other dogs! With some changes and some structure, an hour later, they were walking alongside Fudge, with no barking or lunging!

Their owners couldn't believe the difference in an hour! 😁

Two peas in a pod!

These two rescue girls were becoming a challenge to walk, especially if other dogs were around 😔

Their owners reached out to myself to see how I could help. An hour later, with the help of Oscar, they were both able to walk calmly without reacting!

Vinnie!

His owners contacted myself as he was being a bit of a monkey at home due to his overconfidence!

We worked on stopping some of his challenging behaviours and introduced some new better ones. While I was there, we also worked on introducing his lead and collar and started on his loose lead walking outside 😃

An ungrateful Gizmo 🤣

Despite chauffeuring him around for his physiotherapy and hydrotherapy appointments, being bought the finest food, more supplements than Holland and Barrets, use of a private farm to run around, private medical care, getting to spend his days watching daytime tv on a very expensive memory foam bed as well as their own air-conditioning, this is the look I get from him for taking him to his hydrotherapy appointment 🤣 😂

The fun part of being your own boss! Doing the works diary at 10 pm on a Friday night 🤣

Crazy busy week as usual, with lots of sessions with new and familiar faces, Bodens check up at Vet Hospital, Gizmos hydro therapy, and physiotherapy, and now replying to emails, texts, WhatsApp and messenger 😮

Better start a subscription to Redbull.......

SUMMER HOLIDAYS ARE HERE!

Well, in the space of a week, we have gone from me buying my dogs an air conditioning unit (they were hogging it, so I didn't get a look in 😂). Back to digging out my fleece and dodging down pours!

A question I get asked a lot during the holidays is, 'Are my kids allowed to be there for the session?'

The answer is, of course, they are! They are actively encouraged to take part in the sessions, as children and dogs can have a great bond, however some times they lead each other into mischief 😄 It is also important that each family member is consistent and works towards the training plan.

Another question I get asked just as often is, 'Do you also offer children training?!'

My answer is always 'no, not yet!' 😂

Children can also add another challenge during the session, especially when they decide to start eating the treats intended for the dog. Yes, this has happened before, and yes, they were gravy bones........ 🥴
