My grass growing skills have been exceptional this year… like a perfect storm…. I now have 4 fields that have turned to pretty much standing hay.

All that lovely FREE OF CHARGE re seeding that’s happening is making me so happy…

It not really helping the boys waistlines but we’ll work on that…

But the unexpected joy is, I walked the field to ragwort as I do every year before the boys go in … and the grass has outcompeted it!!! Which means TWO plants… I mean I’m sure there might be a couple I’ve missed or something but holy cow! That’s a bonus…

So FREE re seed and LESS ragwort… gonna do a little dance! 💃🏽🕺💃🏽🕺

Yes Bertie did need to taken away at some points as he would have eaten the lot, and as big boss man… no one is telling him that’s not ok - other than me… big boss lady!

So, bit of an error in timing and quantity of cucumber but added an ice block of carrots as well…

BUT, asI had a course going on, my attention to the reel content was slightly “off” (missed pretty much the whole thing!)

So time to stock up at the shop and do this properly, because apparently it was a huge success! W even did a little snorkelling for sunken carrot segments it seems….

Thank you for the inspiration!! Better attention next time…

A lovely weekend and so proud of my boys.

We may live a very feral and free range life but when asked, they deliver. Angel ponies today all round for the students to practice their new skills with delivering super methods.

Lots of improvement in posture and softness.

The goal of getting Laddie so chill and so zoned out that he didn’t even acknowledge a little thank you carrot, so I popped it in his droopy lip for later (he was so thrilled a little later!!)

Thank you Sue for delivering your course with my free range boys! They had a fabulous time…

at all times!

Not sure BB has grasped the concept and there are two troughs, fresh tap water, rain water, manky water and electrolyte water… but sharp, fast cold water is KING!

He did later come and do his whole body, such a clever weeb!!

Thrilled most are making use of it, even Cobalt is getting closer… however, getting Bertie and Dino off it might be trickier!

This is where laddie now lives!!

Just gotta learn how to share more…. And some scaredy cats need to be a little more curious…

But Day 1…. Excellent result… and I bloody loved it as well!
