Every dog has an incredible nose… and they absolutely love using it.

Whether your dog is young or old, big or small, confident or cautious, every dog can enjoy scent work.

Our Beginner UK Sniffer Dogs class teaches you everything from the ground up.

🐾 Scent Recognition – teaching your dog exactly what they’re looking for.

🐾 Indication – how your dog tells you they’ve found the scent.

🐾 Searching – helping your dog develop effective search patterns and showing you how to recognise when they’re close to finding the hide.

One of the most rewarding parts is learning to read your dog’s body language. You’ll soon start noticing those tiny changes that tell you they’re working the scent… and the excitement when they make a find is incredible!

And the best bit?

Everything you learn in class can be recreated at home using everyday household items, so the fun doesn’t stop when you leave.

Our UK Sniffer Dogs Progression classes have been fully booked all year, so we’ve opened an additional class!

This class is exclusively for dogs and handlers who have already completed a Beginner UK Sniffer Dogs class and are ready to continue their scent work journey.

If you’ve been wanting to progress towards your Silver and Gold Levels, now’s your chance.

Together you’ll take on exciting new challenges, including:

🚨 Your dog isn’t ignoring you… they’re probably just learning in the wrong environment.

One of the biggest mistakes we make is expecting dogs to perform in a busy park before they’ve mastered the skill somewhere easier.

Dogs don’t automatically transfer learning from one place to another.

A perfect recall in your kitchen doesn’t mean they’ll understand the same cue with squirrels, other dogs and exciting smells all around them.

✨ Start where your dog can succeed.
✨ Build confidence.
✨ Increase the challenge gradually.

Small steps create reliable behaviour.

Puppy class is just the beginning 🐾

Many puppies finish their puppy course at around 4–5 months old, just before adolescence begins.

Between 6–8 months, it’s completely normal for things to change. Recall may slip, lead walking can become harder, focus disappears and behaviours you thought you’d mastered suddenly seem to go backwards.

The good news? Your puppy hasn’t forgotten everything—they’re simply growing up.

This is why continuing training is so important. By supporting you through adolescence, we can help you tackle challenges as they arise, before they become bigger problems.
