Big and little! We love seeing such a variety of breeds at our puppy classes at Minds Alike Animal Training & Behaviour and The Wheelhouse Veterinary Centre

Classes run jn structured 8 week courses, are limited to x6 dogs and handlers and explore socialisation, manners, basic training and life skills.

Just a reminder - if you know your dog doesn't like fireworks (or suspect they may not):

---Be with them at midnight

---Draw the curtains, TV on, provide access to a hiding place if this is what they like

---But most importantly - KEEP THEM IN THE GREEN. Before the stress takes over - scent-work games (i.e. hide food), chews, stuffed kongs, lick-it mats, trick training, tug of war - What ever floats their boat - utilise these things to keep the endorphins flowing and the stress at bay. Do this periodically until the worst of the fireworks are over.

Gwent Police said they were called to an address in Caerphilly after receiving reports of the attack. Paramedics attended but the boy was tragically pronounced dead at the scene.

Always use a large ball, or a ball in a rope or with an air hole. It is easy to think 'it wont happen to me' but it just easiest worth the risk.
