✨ Salon Updates & Booking Info ✨
Just a little update to keep everyone in the loop 🤍
🐾 Booking System Update
Recently, the booking platform I use (Tuft) introduced a platform fee for accepting, rescheduling, or cancelling appointments. I was really disappointed by this, so I’ve been in contact with them and have now set up a booking widget instead.
👉 You can now book or amend appointments by:
• Calling or messaging me directly
• Booking online here: https://widget.tuftapp.com/index.html?groomer_id=5608
Unfortunately, this does mean the Tuft app itself is no longer needed, so you’re welcome to delete it from your device. You’ll still receive SMS and email reminders as normal 🐶✨
🗓 Jury Service Notice
I’ve been called for jury service, so I’ll be out of the salon from 16th–27th March. I will still be replying to messages and calls during this time.
To help with availability:
• Waresley clients – I’ll be working Saturday 21st March (2 slots available)
• Hardwick clients – I’ll be working Saturday 28th March (2 slots available)
📅 Looking Ahead
Without the extra Saturday availability, I’m now booking into early April, so please make sure to book ahead to avoid disappointment 💕
