My name is Natalie and I live in Willingham. I've always loved animals big or small. I started off in childcare, I worked at a nursery for 9years and I had the opportunity to look after the animals there which was amazing, they had sheep, goats, rabbits, Tortoise even a bearded dragon! that was when I knew I needed to change my career, something to do with animals which lead me on to where I am no

w. I went to College of West Anglia in Milton. I started my journey back in October 2021, started doing my level 2 on a Monday and I had such a lovely time and had so much support from the teachers and my group I was in, so I carried on my journey and started my level 3 September 2022 and I completed my journey in July 2023. While I was at college on Mondays, I was working at amazing dog day care Tues - Fri and they have supported me all through my journey and they still do! I still work there Mon - Fri while I get my business up and running. So here I am - Groom in Your Room. I'm a mobile groomer, I come to home and groom your dog in a space in your home, all I require is to use your bath/shower. Please feel free to give me a message :)

🕷️ TICK SEASON 🕷

The Ticks are officially here.

As the sun is here to shine and the birds are starting to sing and the bugs are coming out to play.

Whether you’re grooming or walking, it's now time to do a tick check after each walk especially if your dogs like running in the woodlands and fields .

You'll need to look behind the ears, between the dogs toes, under their collars… and don’t forget the gum line. Ticks love hiding in the least expected spots!

It’s extremely important to check for ticks after dogs have spent time outdoors.
They carry Lyme disease, the POW virus and other deadly diseases that can leave human seriously ill too!!

If you spot a tick:
Use a tick remover tool
- Grasp the tick close to the skin
- Twist and pull out with steady pressure
- Clean the area with antiseptic or Leucillin

Quick checks = healthier dogs
