Just a little update going forward into the rest of 2026.

As Iโm grooming most of the day, 5 days a week, I often fall behind on messages and appointment admin, much of which Iโve been doing outside of my working hours and usually into the unsociable hours.
Unfortunately this has sometimes resulted in unpleasant messages from customers chasing replies. I canโt say this enough โ I am only one person, with the same hours in the day as everyone else.
Managing everyoneโs future appointments has started to take up a huge amount of admin time and has taken a real toll on my mental health. Whilst the vast majority of my customers are amazing at replying, there are occasions where messages go unanswered until dogs are already at their due dates, which adds even more pressure.
I absolutely love my job, but itโs become clear that I need to protect my time and create a healthier work-life balance.
By reducing the amount of admin Iโm responsible for, Iโm hopeful Iโll be able to be more present, respond more consistently, and spend more quality time both with your dogs and replying properly to customer enquiries.
If anyone is absolutely unable to manage their own appointment dates, Iโm more than happy to continue doing this for you; however, there will be an admin charge for this service.
I really hope you can all understand why Iโve had to do this
