I have just realised I haven’t posted since Christmas! I have been very busy with family life, training for a triathlon in memory of a dear friend and training the newest member of the family, Crumpet! Had forgotten what having a pup was like, especially when it took him two months to sleep through the night! The trick seems so be putting a slipper with him at bedtime!

Please bear with me on my busiest stretch of the year. I had to say goodbye to my darling girl last night. So I may not be full of Christmas cheer and most likely find me with tears in eyes but I’m sure all your pooches will bring me some comfort x
