It has come to my attention that the software that I use called tuft has started taking payments from customers when booking through the app. Now this is completely up to you if you guys are happy to pay that for the convenience, however I don’t want anyone to feel like you have to pay it as I appreciate it’s a bit unfavourable so I’m more than happy to book customers in my end through the app as it won’t cost you anything so feel free to give me a message or call to book in ☺️

✨ 📢 PRICE INCREASE ANNOUNCEMENT 📢 ✨

This is never an easy thing to do and I have held off for as long as possible as I haven’t had an official price increase ever but my bills have increased massively and i can’t hold it off anymore.

We would like to inform our clients that starting 1st April, 2025 there will be a slight price increase vary between £2 - £5 depending on size, temperament and schedule of the dogs.

We have held the prices steady for as long as possible, but due to the continuous price increase of product cost / utility bills etc , we regret to announce that we have no other choice but to adapt to the rising costs. Thank you inflation 🙃👍

We understand these times are hard for everyone, and we’d like to say a big thank you to each and every one of you who support small businesses like our own and fitting us into your budget, it means the world!

He’s so goofy he’s hard not to love, he never wants to leave and mum has to practically drag him out😆 I’m always posting fluffy’s so nobody gets to see the other breeds that we also groom and Enzo is too cute not to share🐾

Hi all,

I just want to reiterate again about the system I now have in place, called tuft which you can download in the App Store to see all your upcoming appointments and get reminders. I want to mention you won’t get any reminders unless you download the app as it’s done through there and I won’t be sending over your appointment dates on text either as they’re all on the app for you! The purpose is to help make it easier for me and you so if you choose not to download the app and can’t see your appointments then give me a text and I can help you. You can also book appointments through the app but I’m happy to book them in my end also if you prefer to message me.

I want to remind everyone that my cancellation policy is if less than 24hrs notice, it’s the full fee to be paid for the missed appointment before rebooking in as it doesn’t allow me enough time to fill the slot so I will be out of pocket and still have to pay staff. I’ve had 5 no shows/late cancellations since being back in work last week and as you can imagine it adds up quickly!!

Hope everyone had a lovely Christmas and new year!! I certainly did with my little girl🥰 but I am excited to get back to work tomorrow and see all my lovely dogs again ☺️
