It is with great sadness that the family of Paul Marcus Lang, owner of Cutz 4 Muttz, sadly inform you Paul passed away on Sunday 29th May 2022.

Paul’s funeral will take place on Saturday 18th June 2022. The Funeral service is to be held at the Wenallt Chapel, Thornhill Crematorium at 11.45am, and following this, we will be meeting to celebrate Paul’s life at the Caerphilly Municipal Club where Paul captained the skittles team for many years.

He was simply the best husband and father in the world and will be loved and missed forever. 💕

Sadly Cutz 4 Muttz will now close with immediate effect. Paul loved caring for your dogs throughout the years and we were never able to get Paul to fully retire. Wherever Paul now is we are sure he has a brush in his hand caring for all the dogs at Rainbow Bridge 🌈🐾

🌈🐾🌈IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT🌈🐾🌈

Following careful consideration, guidance from CCBC and Covid specific instruction we are pleased to advise that Cutz 4 Muttz will reopen on Wednesday 13th January. (Initial appointments have been given to those that have missed appointments due to lockdown)

A number of steps have been taken to ensure both client and canine safety:
🐾 All staff have completed a Professional Pet Groomers Covid 19 Certification Course
🐾 All staff have completed an additional generic Covid 19 awareness course
🐾 A deep clean has been carried out in the grooming parlour
🐾 A hand sanitiser station has been set up

To abide by government legislation and to help prevent the spread of Covid 19, Cutz 4 Muttz will operate in a different way. We therefore ask you to follow these steps so you understand our practices and what you will need to do:
🐾 We ask that only 1 person delivers and collects the dog
🐾 Upon booking you will be given a time to bring your dog and specific details will be given to you.
🐾 You will be required to take the dogs lead with you and given a time to collect
🐾 Your dog will then be groomed and ready to collect from the same collection point at the agreed time (If he is ready for collection earlier we will call)
🐾 Collection time is important, so please be prompt. Following collection we will be disinfecting everything from crates & grooming parlour as well as changing clothing ready for the next dog.
🐾 A zip lock bag is available for payment. Payment will be left in this bag for a minimum of 48 hours as per government regulations. We therefore request correct payment.
🐾 A sanitising station is available at the drop off/collection point for your use.
🐾 We shall be wearing full PPE including a full face shield.

We hope you feel we have taken all the steps to ensure both yours and your dogs safety. Should you have any questions please don’t hesitate to contact us. You will notice signage detailing the prevention of spreading infection but we are happy to answer any questions you may have. We do ask should you feel unwell on the day of the appointment please contact us to rearrange. Should you or someone in your household become unwell in the days after your appointment please let us know for the safety of my family.

🐶🐾🐾🐾💖IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL💖🐾🐾🐾🐶

As the majority will know FROM 8:30pm on 23rd March 2020 the Prime Minister has announced that we as a nation are in lockdown.

Sadly, we have to temporarily close CUTZ 4 MUTTZ DOG GROOMING with immediate effect 23/03/2020). The closure will be for a minimum of 3 weeks and is subject to review.

As many of you know we have been monitoring the situation closely and following all Government and Health and Safety guidelines and shall continue to do this. When it is safe to reopen we will let you all know. We are very sad to have to close but the safety of your fur babies, you our loyal clients and the general public is of paramount importance to us. However long it takes we will be ready and waiting to welcome you back when this unsettling period is over.

In the meantime if we can help with any grooming questions or concerns you may have, please don’t hesitate to get in touch (we’ll be in!) and we’ll do our best to help and advise.

In closing, thank you all for your much appreciated support and please make sure you take care. We look forward to welcoming you and your pooches back to Cutz 4 Muttz for a well deserved pamper in the not too distant future.
