Good socialisation relies on structure and discipline.

Seeing dogs sitting calmly together shows they can be social without being over-stimulated. This balance is exactly what we are building at South East Canines. We want every dog to feel fulfilled and well-adjusted by the end of the day.

As we prepare for our launch in Maidenhead, Cookham, and Henley, we are focusing on how a professional, structured environment makes a difference. We are currently providing dog walking and selling dog food as we gear up for the full daycare service.

We are learning every day from the dogs we work with and other professionals in the industry. It is all about creating the right atmosphere for them to thrive.

There is something special about seeing two dogs who are just total best friends.

Watching Mabel and Nigel enjoy their time together is a great reminder of why socialisation and play are so important. Whether it’s a quick chase or just exploring side-by-side, seeing that bond is definitely one of the highlights of our day.

We spend a lot of time observing how different dogs interact and learn from their behaviour. It’s all part of the work we’re doing behind the scenes at South East Canines to create a great environment for when our daycare opens.

For now, we’re out and about in Maidenhead, Cookham, and Henley for walks and helping out with dog food subscriptions.
