Carbeile Cats

Carbeile Cats I was a registered hobby breeder of Siamese, Orientals and Birmans. I have now stopped breeding. I fell into this hobby quite by accident.

I have always had cats and had promised myself one day that I would get a pedigree. After the loss of my father in 2003, I decided to get my first pedigree and ended up getting 2 Birmans, Oban and Cardhu. All my friends nagged me to let Cardhu have kittens and the breeder I had bought her from very kindly allowed me to have her on the active register. Needless to say the rest is History. The name

Carbeile is from where my Dad was born, Carbeile House in Cornwall. It just felt a very fitting name as this was also the birth of my breeding hobby and my dad was a great lover of cats. I do think he would have approved of this.
