What an incredible start to our Puppy Pre-School on Tuesday night with Positive Impact Dog Training and Behaviour from tiny Border Terriers to big cuddly Bernese Mountain Dogs, we had the most wonderful mix of breeds. Every single pup was exceptional, and we can't wait to see them grow in confidence and skills over the coming weeks!💙🧡

On Saturday the 9th we had a young kitten brought into the practice, it was found in Burgess Hill.

If you or someone you know has recently lost a kitten, please get in touch with the practice directly.
It is poorly but is being well cared for by the team💙

Here he is snuggled up with Jodie after another brilliant session . It’s Week 4 tonight and he’s smashing it! 🐶💪

🕊 Saying Goodbye at Home 🕊

We know how much your pet means to you. We're privileged to have been there through the wags, purrs, and cuddles.

We’ve watched them grow, cheered them on, and held their paws through tough days. And when it’s time to say goodbye, we believe it should be just as full of love.

Not everyone feels comfortable coming into the practice. That’s why we offer home visits for euthanasia, so your pet can stay in their favourite spot, surrounded by familiar voices and gentle hands.

💙 No rushing.
💙 No unfamiliar sounds or smells.
💙 Just love, gentleness, and the same caring hands you’ve trusted all along.

When the time comes, we’ll be here, to guide you gently, and to help you give the kindest goodbye.

🐾 Say hello to our brilliant little Frenchie, Bear! 💙

Bear recently underwent stenotic nares surgery to help him breathe more comfortably and we’re chuffed to bits to share that he’s bouncing back beautifully.

Before surgery, Bear struggled with snorting, snuffling, and tiring easily. That’s not uncommon for brachycephalic breeds like French Bulldogs, who are born with flatter faces and narrower airways, making everyday activities a bit of a challenge.

But not anymore! He’s breathing easier, snoring less, and living the full-on life he deserves. 🐶✨

Brachycephalic breeds, including French Bulldogs, Pugs, and Boxers often require surgical support like soft palate resection or nostril widening to improve quality of life. Bear is a great reminder of the difference these procedures can make.
