To all of my amazing clients, I just want to say a huge thank you for your continued support, loyalty, and trust . It truly means the world to me. 💙

Like many small businesses, I’ve seen the cost of products, equipment, and running my salon continue to rise. To ensure I can keep providing the high-quality care, products, and one-to-one service that your dogs deserve, there will be a small price increase across my grooming services from 1st August 2026.

I’ve worked hard to keep my prices as affordable as possible, and this decision wasn’t made lightly. Your understanding and continued support allow me to keep doing what I love every day – making your furry family members look and feel their best. 🐶✨

✨ Border Terrier Hand Strip Transformation – Teddy ✨

Today’s tidy-up was Teddy, this lovely Border Terrier who came in ready for a proper hand strip.

Border Terrier coats are designed to be stripped rather than clipped, helping maintain that correct harsh texture and natural colour. As you can see from the pile of coat that came out, Teddy had plenty of blown coat ready to be removed!

Hand stripping gently pulls out the dead outer coat, allowing fresh, healthy wire coat to grow through. It might look like a lot of hair, but it’s completely normal and leaves the dog feeling much lighter and more comfortable.

After his strip, Teddy is looking neat, tidy, and still keeping that classic scruffy Border Terrier look we all love 🐾
