Important info for December appointments!

Hi everyone!
As some of you know, my husband and I’s relationship is not quite your ordinary marriage. We are long distance, with Zach being from America! 🇺🇸
We are currently working hard to close that gap and get my green card but it does mean we only get to see one another a few times a year whilst we wait…

With that being said! Zach’s next trip will will be December this year, so we are finally going to be able to spend our first ever Christmas together!! 🥳 This does mean that I will be having some extra time off to spend it with my loved ones as this of course is an extra special one 🥰

Hannah’s Happy Tails will be closed from the 20th December and I will be back to work on Tuesday 12th January 2027.

If you have not booked your dogs in for their Christmas groom yet I’d HIGHLY suggest doing so as my diary is getting very very full!!

Below I have included a photo of what my availability for December currently is.
Please drop me a message or give me a call and we can get them booked in! 🐶

No dog ever died from missing one walk ⚠️

With highs of 31 degrees expected this week, it's vital to make these checks before walking your dog.

If the pavement is too hot for your hand for five seconds, it's definitely too hot for paws. While the weather is hot, opt for walks at dusk and dawn to avoid burnt paw pads and heatstroke.

And remember. If in doubt, don't go out.

With another very hot week on the way 🥵 I want to remind everyone that the salon is air‑conditioned and your dogs will always have access to water.
If travelling in the heat isn’t safe for you or your dog, please let me know and we can easily reschedule. (Walking dogs in this heat can be fatal as well as cars without good air con, no matter how short the journey.
If it’s extremely hot for us imagine how it feels to be them…)

If any dogs show up with signs of heat exhaustion or clear distress then grooming will not go ahead as it will not be safe— it’s simply not worth the risk of your dog’s health and safety.

Their wellbeing will forever be my top priority 🐾
