Just a polite little reminder. I cannot take your 🐶 if they have sickness/diarrhoea.
Obviously Everywhere is sanitised after each groom, I'd hate to put another 🐶 at unnecessary risk of illness because I have had a poorly pup in.
Please let me know if that's the case, I'll always do my best to fit you straight in as soon as your pup has recovered and feeling better 💜🐾

Important notice - price increase

To my all my lovely loyal customers, due to the increased cost of living, I unfortunately have no choice but to slightly raise my prices (Not something I wanted to do)

As many of you know, we haven’t had a price increase in the last 7 years & are definitely the one of most competitively priced groomers in this area. However, due to the rising cost of products & services we need to use to provide our grooming services, I am having to charge an additional £3-£5 per service.

This increase will be applicable from the 1St May

🐾IMPORTANT UPDATE🐾

To all my lovely loyal customers,

I am so sorry my responses have been very slow.. Unfortunately this week I have been in & out of hospital due to a dog bite. I had surgery yesterday & I am due to have another surgery tomorrow.

Due to this, I have been told I need to take two weeks off of work.

I am not supposed to be returning until February 10th (You all know I shall try & return sooner🤣, so you may get a message bringing your appointment forward). I am slowly getting around to messaging everyone & moving appointments for after the 10 Feb, however, please bear with me.. if you are due to be booked in before then, please send me a message if you haven't heard from me.

I am going through in order of bookings, so it may be a few days whilst I wait for responses.

I am sorry again, I am absolutely gutted 😞 but I appreciate all your patience, understanding & loyalty.
