🐶 A little request to all of our lovely clients 🐾

Before bringing your dog to their grooming appointment, could you please give them a little walk and the opportunity to go to the toilet first?

This helps keep our salon clean and comfortable for everyone, and it also helps your dog feel more relaxed during their groom.

We completely understand that accidents can happen, and that’s absolutely okay! We just appreciate you giving them the chance beforehand.

🌞🐾 Keeping Your Dogs Cool & Comfortable This Summer! 🐾🌞

With the warmer weather here, your dog's comfort and safety is always our top priority. Here's what we do in the salon to help keep every pup cool during their visit:

❄️ Our salon is kept cool with air conditioning and fans.
💧 Fresh, clean water is always available.
🧊 We offer plenty of rest breaks if your dog needs them.
✂️ Summer trims can help keep coats tidy and more manageable (although we never shave double-coated breeds unless it's medically advised).

❤️We keep a close eye on every dog for any signs of overheating or stress.

🐶 Appointments are kept calm and relaxed to avoid unnecessary excitement.

If your dog seems tired, has been out in the heat, or isn't feeling quite themselves before their appointment, please let us know. We can always work with you to make sure they're as comfortable as possible.

Happy 12th Birthday to our one and only DUSTY! 🥳🎉🐾

Today we’re celebrating the handsome face behind Tip Top Tails—our much-loved mascot, chief meet-and-greeter, professional treat tester (or thief😂), and the star whose face is all over our business! 💙

For 12 wonderful years, Dusty has been bringing smiles wherever he goes with his gentle nature, cheeky personality, and those unmistakable whippet looks. He may be a little greyer these days, but he’s still as handsome as ever and very much the heart of Tip Top Tails.

Here’s to plenty of birthday treats, extra cuddles, zoomies (when he feels like it!), and many more happy memories with our special boy (however we don’t appreciate you stealing our lunches when we aren’t looking!!😂)
