That’s a wrap on BVA Live 2026! 🎉

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by the Stem Cell Vet stand this week. It was fantastic to connect with so many veterinary professionals, share the latest developments in regenerative medicine, and discuss how stem cell therapy is helping improve outcomes for patients across the UK.

We’ve loved the conversations, the questions, and the opportunity to showcase the growing role of regenerative treatments.

Thank you to the organisers, our fellow exhibitors, and everyone who made this year’s event such a success.

Until next time, BVA Live! 👋

🐾 From struggling to sprinting! 🐾

Swipe to see Elsa before treatment, when a painful limp was slowing her down. Fast forward to today, and this incredible 10-year-old is back doing what she loves most - running freely on the beach like a puppy again! 🌊✨

Her owner shared:

“Steve and the fabulous team at Stem Cell Vets have given big Elsa a new lease of life. 10 years old now and acting like a puppy. Thank you.”

Stories like Elsa’s are why we do what we do. Seeing our patients regain their mobility, confidence, and joy is the greatest reward. ❤️

Summer was back to see us for a repeat treatment! 🐾❤️

As part of her visit, we carried out a stance analysis to assess her posture and weight distribution, along with a weigh-in to monitor her progress and help guide her ongoing treatment plan.

Regular assessments like these allow us to track improvements and ensure our patients continue receiving the most appropriate care every step of the way.

Keep up the great work, Summer - we love seeing you! 🐶✨

💚🐾 Week 2: Mental Health 🐾💚

At Stem Cell Vet, we know that caring for our team is just as important as caring for our patients.

As part of Veterinary Nursing Awareness Month 2026 and this week’s theme of Mental Health, we want to highlight the importance of supporting the wellbeing of veterinary professionals. 🩺

Working in veterinary care can be incredibly rewarding, but it can also be emotionally demanding. That’s why we’re committed to creating a supportive environment for our nurses and wider team by:
✨ Providing monthly staff treats
✨ Organising team socials throughout the year
✨ Ensuring everyone has access to support and someone to talk to whenever they need it

We’re proud to support a culture where kindness, openness, and wellbeing matter every day - not just this month. 💙

Thank you to all veterinary nurses for the compassion, resilience, and dedication you show every single day.

🦴 What’s happening inside an arthritic hip joint?

These anatomical models in our consult room help us show pet owners exactly how hip joints change over time. The smoother, healthy joint surfaces allow comfortable movement - while arthritic joints develop inflammation, bone remodeling, and roughened surfaces that can lead to pain, stiffness, and reduced mobility.

Being able to visualize these changes helps families better understand their pet’s condition and the treatment options available, including regenerative medicine and stem cell therapy.

Education is an important part of improving quality of life. 💙🐾

Billy getting back to what he loves 🐾

When mobility improves, it’s not just about movement - it’s about dogs being able to enjoy their normal routines again. For Billy, that means time on the agility course doing what makes him happy.

That’s always the goal.
