Gentle Reminder✨

We are now counting down the weeks to Christmas and this is one of the busiest times of the year for us groomers. Please please please remember your appointment times and make sure you arrive on time as the last two weeks I’ve had far too many ‘no shows’ or clients turning up late. I am back to back with dogs and even a small delay has a knock on effect for the rest of the day. I am fair when it comes to people running late and I will always try to squeeze your dogs in but during this busy time it’s just not possible. If you’ve forgotten your appointment time or are unsure of anything please pop me a message!
