Kit - 1 Year old, male

Kit is a darling boy who came into the centre after he was sadly abandoned.

He has really flourished since being with us and grown in confidence. He is a truly lovable, sweetheart who within a minute or two will be out purring and soaking up all the attention you can give him!
Kit was initially (and understandably) shy when he first came to us, so we think he would suit a calm household with children 10yrs+ after a successful meet here at the centre.
Kit would like to be the only pet in his new home, so he can get 100% of the fusses from his new family. Once settled he would love access to the outdoors via a private garden so he can have little adventures.

Could you provide Kit with his loving, forever home?

Gizmo (Grey and white) now Ziggy) adopted July 25 & Bailey (ginger) April 26. Both 3 legged cats.

Ziggy settled in quite quickly. Very energetic, running around, jumping up onto cooker hood & very vocal, especially at meal times. Really enjoyed a fuss & playing with his toys.
Then Bailey joined us. He was a very nervous boy with such a quiet meow. Every noise & quick movement scared him. He would retreat to his enclosed bed (his safe space). He eventually settled, coming out more frequently & interacting with both myself & Ziggy. He would watch Ziggy play with toys and is now starting to play with his catnip fish toy & taking an interest in the new interactive toy, watching Ziggy do it first. They take turns in chasing each other around then they crash out either on the cat tree or a chair. Ziggy is quieter & loves a lap nap in the evenings. Bailey now enjoys toys, sitting next to me (not a lap cat, yet) & isn’t so scared. Love them both.

Jessie (female, 3 years)

Jessie was pregnant when she came into our centre. Her owner was moving and unable to take her.
Jessie is a super friendly girl who would suit a family home. We think she would be best suited to children aged 6+ as she is a little obsessed with food so may sn**ch it! Any children will need to meet her before proceeding with adoption.
Jessie has been a brilliant mum to 5 kittens, but now it is her time to be looked after! Since having her kits, she has displayed that she would like to be the only pet in her new home going forward, so she doesn’t have to fight for your attention! She will also need access to a garden that she can explore.

Can you offer Jessie a place to call home?

TJ (female, 4 years old)

TJ came into the centre due to a change in her owner’s circumstances.

TJ is a friendly girl, but she will let you know when she has had enough with a little swipe. She would be best suited to a home with adults and teenagers but no young children. She would like to be the only pet in her new home.

In her previous home TJ did not enjoy going outside, so an indoor home could suit her, with plenty of toys to keep her occupied. As well as a nice warm sofa to snuggle up and watch tv!

Could TJ be the perfect match for you?

Violet (female, 1 year old)

Violet is a lovely girl who came into our care due to the owner moving and unable to take her.

Once she has spent some time with you Violet begins to show off her personality, but understandably she is nervous to begin with. We believe she could settle in a quieter teenage home after a successful meet here at the centre.
She was part of a multi-cat household but going forward would like to be the only pet, having all the fuss and attention! Once settled she would love to have access to the outdoors where she can go and explore.

Can you give this beautiful girl her forever home?

Layla - Adopted April

Just thought we should update you on how Layla has settled since her adoption .

She has settled very well, and has become acquainted with our other 2 cats.

I am so glad that I was given to opportunity to see her, she stole our hearts as soon as my husband and I saw her, we just could not say no.

Carry on with your wonderful work.

Kiwi ( 5 years old, female)

Kiwi came into the centre as her owner was moving and unable to take her.

She is a sweet girl; she would enjoy a quiet adult-only home where she can chill out and have her own space. She would like to be the only pet in her new home, so that she can grow in confidence in her own time. A private garden where she can come and go as she pleases and relax in the sunshine will be perfect.

Kiwi has got a grade 4 heart murmur which has been scanned by our vet. This isn’t currently affecting her, but we advise a recheck at her annual vaccinations.

Could your home be the perfect environment for Kiwi?

Tikka (Now Mikka_ - Adopted April

Mikka is getting bolder and braver by the day, she's a delightful menace who loves house plants and chaos. We wouldn't change her for the world.

She's currently getting used to Tommy, our old boy, but given time I'm sure they'll be friends.

*MISSING – Lordswood ME5 area*

Reggie has gone missing around the Firtree Grove/Larchwood Close area. He hasn’t been seen for 3 days now. He is a ginger tabby and white male, his markings are quite distinctive. He’s not neutered or microchipped.

If you're in the area, could you please have a look in sheds and outbuildings where he could be hiding. If found, please call us on 01634 232471 or email us [email protected]
