Cantref is a great Family day out in Wales with lots of children's activities, animal encounters, live shows, rides and play. For opening dates and times please visit our website. We can open any day of the week for groups by prior arrangement. Cantref offer

s activities every half an hour e.g Bottle Feeding, Pet Handling, Tractor Rides, Pig Racing, Mr Ev's Shows etc. It's jam packed with outdoor adventure play, including Europe's longest sledge ride and 5 barns of indoor fun! Cantref Riding Centre
The only Riding Centre on the Brecon Beacons, offers Day and Half Day Rides into the Beacons where you can enjoy spectacular views. We also have Hour rides along farm tracks and 20 minute rides for children in our riding school. Cantref is also able to offer D of E Expeditions on Horseback. Cantref offers Riding Lessons and is an Accredited Pony Club Centre. VIP Experiences
We offer one hour private hands on experiences for up to 6 people. Packages include Goat Walking, Be a Keeper, Meet the Pets and Pamper Pony. Cantref Cottages
We have 3 holiday cottages an ideal base for families visiting the Brecon Beacons for activities such as mountain biking, walking, canoeing etc. Each holiday cottages has a wood fired hot tub and includes free entry into the farm park when open. Camping Pods
Sleep 2 adults and up to 2 children. Includes a kettle, mini fridge and heater. Outside there is a small charcoal barbecue and wood fired hot tub. Includes free entry into the farm park when open. Camping

What a summer it’s been at Cantref! 🥹 We’ve loved every minute of seeing the farm filled with families making summer memories together.

A HUGE thank you to every single person who visited us this summer. Whether it was your first ever trip to Cantref or you’ve been coming to see us for years, every ticket booked, pizza eaten, photo shared, recommendation made and review left means more to our small family business than you probably realise. ❤️

And of course, a huge thank you to our incredible Cantref team. Summer is one of our busiest times of the year, and there’s so much hard work that goes on both in front of the scenes and behind them to make each day happen. We’re incredibly grateful for everything you do - we simply couldn’t do it without you! 🫶
