As from today I will be taking a booking fee. I have had so many cancellations on this job. I work my route and pricing around everyone, once someone changes this I loose money.
I’m just trying to run a business and make money like everyone else, it’s unfair to assume you can just go with another company, or change your mind and there be no consequences.
I have no problem with people using other companies as I will pass them onto them when it doesn’t fit in with my jobs but at such short notice it’s difficult for me. Hope you all understand.
