‼️HELLO EVERYONE, this is a long read.. but an extremely important notice for all my clients🐾✂️‼️

We hope you are all well and look forward to seeing your dog's soon for their next grooming appointments. 🐾✂️
We are just writing this to address the new requirements and changes we have made to our online booking system and the way we will require future appointments to be made.
We would really appreciate if you can take the time to read this notice to familiarise yourself with the new process.
If you have already pre-booked your dog in advance for the year, we really appreciate you, the rest of the information below will not effect you. 💕
We have now implemented TIME FRAMES onto our services on our booking system, to allow you to book the specific weekly time frame your dog requires, between each groom.
All breeds are specified on the goldiee (service description area) to which option is recommended for your breed of dog.
- 🔴Option 1: [Full Groom] for regular clients on a 3-8 weekly schedule.
- 🔴Option 2: [Full Groom] for regular clients on a 8-12 weekly schedule.
- 🔴Option 3: [Full Groom] For New Clients looking to book with 101 Transfurmations regularly in a recommended time frames.
We now are no longer accepting ANY overdue grooming appointments last minute, if you try to do so later than your dogs recommended time frame for their breed, we WILL now unfortunately have to CHARGE EXTRA for any overdue appointment, due to it taking me extra time and materials to groom an overdue dog.
An overdue dog will usually be either out shape matted or knotty, this then also will require me to put a shape back into your dogs groom, as they will have grown out any sort of shape I previously put into their last groom, which means I have to (start from scratch) each groom.
I also have to take extra time to shave any matted dogs, as (matting) is hair that has become knotted, which sits tight on the skin, Matting can only be removed with the shortest length blade, this requires me to be extra careful and take my time, as there is a higher chance of nicks and clipper rash with clipping off matting, so a £10 matting fee also does apply.
This greatly affects us as a small independent business, as we overrun, which has a knock on effect to everyone else who has an appointment that day.
- 🔴Appointments can be either pre-booked for the year, ( via request on WhatsApp to me), which I will arrange for you, which will help you to avoid missing appointments and potentially having to pay overdue appointment fees.
- 🔴Or Appointments can be manually selected, for the rest of the year, if you prefer to book them via the goodie app online yourself.
- 🔴Furthermore, If you prefer you can book your appointments with me, straight after each completed appointment, so that you don't forget to book and you don't have to plan too far ahead, this will still allow us time to fit your dogs in with advance notice and avoid you paying any overdue appointment fees.
We appreciate everyone has busy lifestyles so we aware you may also need to reschedule some of your appointments, in due course, which you are also able to do so easily 48hrs before your next appointment online, however we do require you to then make sure you are able to reschedule them within the required time frame for your dog, (NOT 3 weeks later) than the original date, otherwise we will have to charge extra on the day for an overdue groom.
We want to make sure you can get your dog booked in with us, as we don't want anyone to miss out on a grooming appointments for their dogs as our books are now pretty full.
We appreciate every single one of you! And we want to be able to continue to carry on grooming and pampering your dogs in the relaxed and stress free environment that we provide, by making the simple but effective change to the booking system this will now allow us to make sure we can provide those services for the foreseeable future.
