Unfortunately, due to an awful person/group of people retrieving my bank account details and setting up their direct debits from my new business bank account, now twice in the last two weeks, I have again had to open another new business account with new details. I will confirm with everyone by text once the new account is completely opened and confirmed and will ask all to delete those new bank details I’ve given out over the last couple of months, as it is no longer safe to use.

Going forward I will no longer be accepting bank transfers as a form of payment. All payments are now paid upon the collection of your pets either by cash or card using the new card machine. The rates are not ideal for a small business, however this now seems to be the most appropriate action going forward for several reasons, one being that I no longer will have to share my personal bank account details for transfers.

Being poorly this week gives me a good chance to get my 2026 block bookings in order! You guys have no idea how desperate I am to feel well again. 😂 I can’t believe I’m booking into January 2026 now, how can that be?!?! 😧

If you wish to be block booked for 2026, please pop me a private message or leave a comment on this post with your preferred week day, time, and grooming interval. As always I recommend all 4-8 weekers block book as many of their preferred slots as possible into the new year. Some of you I have spoken to already and will be in touch with your dates in due course.

This is what it’s all about. ❤️ I love receiving messages like this, it’s such a boost for me. It’s unexpected praise like this that reminds me why I do what I do. The long hours, back to back days, the tricky grooms and all the challenges along the way. Happy customers make all of these things worth it. Don’t forget to compliment your groomer’s work, even if you’ve come across this post and I’m not your groomer. It’s a tough job running a one woman ship and it could really make their day. 🥰
