Is your dog’s reactivity making walks feel like a struggle? 🐾
Whether it’s barking, lunging, freezing, or just getting way too excited, reactivity is often just a dog struggling to handle big emotions—like fear, frustration, or over-stimulation.
It isn’t necessarily "aggression," but it can certainly feel overwhelming.
We are hosting a Reactive Dog Workshop in Bodmin designed to help you move from simply "managing" the behaviour to actually improving it.
Why should you attend?
This workshop is incredibly valuable for ALL dog owners.
For reactive dog owners: Learn how to change those reactions and gain a practical toolkit to help your dog feel calmer and more focused on you.
For all dog owners: Every dog will experience some degree of reactivity in their life.
Understanding these "big emotions" helps you advocate for your dog and better understand the dogs you encounter on your daily walks.
Expert Guidance
The session is led by two fully qualified trainers, giving you twice the insight and support as we dive into the "how-to" of technique building and behaviour change.
The Details:
🗓 When: Sunday, 17th May AM
⏳ Duration: 2 – 2.5 hours of theory and technique building.
📍 Where: Our training venue in Bodmin.
⚠️ PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS A HUMAN-ONLY WORKSHOP. To ensure a focused, stress-free environment where you can master these techniques without distraction, we ask that you leave your dogs at home for this session. This allows you to learn, take notes, and practice the movements without worrying about your dog getting bored or stressed. If you have difficulty leaving your dog, please speak to us as we may be able to help.
