I’m currently only taking bookings for dog teeth cleaning and nail trims while my regular grooming diary is full.

Just look at this gorgeous girl! 😍 From fluffy and overgrown to neat, tidy and absolutely adorable.

She was an absolute superstar from start to finish and loved all the fuss. Those big brown eyes and that happy smile have completely stolen hearts! 🥹💕

✨ A little update from Barkbers Dog Grooming ✨

Firstly, I’d like to say a huge thank you to all of my wonderful clients for keeping me so busy. Your continued support means so much to me, and I’m incredibly grateful. 💚

As many of you know, my daughter starts school in September, so I’ll be reducing my working hours to fit around our new routine.

🕘 From September, my working hours will be Tuesday to Friday, 9:30am – 2:30pm. This means my last groom of the day will be no later than 1:00pm. I sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and really appreciate your understanding.

📅 I’m now fully booked until October, and with fewer appointments available each day, my diary is filling up much quicker than ever before.

To avoid disappointment, I’d kindly ask all regular clients to book a few appointments ahead, rather than just your next groom. This is the best way to secure the days and times that suit you, keep your dog on a regular grooming schedule, and avoid long waits for appointments.

If you normally book every 6–8 weeks, I’d recommend always having your next 2–3 appointments booked in advance.

Thank you so much for your continued support and for trusting me with your wonderful dogs. I can’t wait to keep them looking and feeling their very best! 🐶💚

🐻🤎 Is Teddy even real?! 🤎🐻

Just look at that face! 😍 Freshly groomed and looking more like a cuddly teddy bear than ever. His little smile absolutely melts my heart! 🥹

Teddy was an absolute pleasure to groom and sat so beautifully for his photo. I just can’t get over how adorable he looks with his teddy bear trim! ✂️✨

💙 Marley’s First Puppy Groom 💙

Yesterday, handsome Marley came to see me for his very first puppy groom! 🐾

He was such a good boy from start to finish, even if he was a little bit wriggly (which is completely normal for a first visit! 🥹).

Puppy grooms are all about introducing little ones to the grooming process in a calm, positive way, helping them build confidence for future appointments. Marley did amazingly, and I can’t wait to see him again as he grows. ✂️💙

📅 Maintenance is recommended every 8–12 weeks, depending on how quickly plaque and tartar build up.

Please note:
• This treatment is not a replacement for a veterinary dental procedure.
• It is suitable for light plaque and ongoing maintenance only.
• If your dog has heavy tartar, loose teeth, signs of infection or advanced dental disease, I will advise you to see your vet.
• Every dog is assessed before treatment, and if I believe veterinary treatment is needed, I will always refer you to your vet first.
