The order matters - and we get asked about it constantly! ✨

Coat care isn’t about more products. It’s the right ones, in the right order. Skip a step or swap the sequence, and you’re working twice as hard for half the result ➡️
1. Shampoo - suited to the coat and the job.
Dilute up to 1:10, work in, rinse well.
2. Mask - for coats that are dry, damaged, or lifeless. 5-10 mins, then rinse.
3. Conditioner - matched to the coat type.
Dilute, rub in, rinse. Mix fresh, use straight away.
4. Styling - combing spray before brushing, then finish to suit the coat.

Right thing, right moment. No mixing chaos, no guesswork!

Most grooming fragrances sit on top of the coat and fade by the time you reach the ring. In the “I’m So Silky” silk proteins pe*****te the cuticle instead of coating it - so shine looks like coat, not product. The fragrance binds to the hair shaft, which is why it lasts from grooming table to ring. And the detangler hydrates while it slips, so you’re not pulling tangles out, you’re letting them go.
