I’m thinking about introducing a website for ordering… but I want to make sure it actually suits you.

Right now, you can order directly through messages – which keeps things simple, personal, and helps me keep prices as low as possible.

A website could make browsing and ordering quicker and easier, but it may mean a small price increase to cover the costs.

So I’d really like to know:

• Do you prefer ordering through a website or via message?
• Do you like being able to browse prices without asking?
• Or do you prefer the personal touch of messaging?
• What matters more to you – convenience or keeping costs lower?

Who is using the Neo? I have some brush heads winging their way to me, but I’m curious how many to keep in stock.

I’ve had a few messages recently asking about the Neo brush heads — at the moment, I don’t have an update on when they’ll be available from Germany 🇩🇪 as soon as I know more I will post on here.
