. ❤️ Salon Update ❤️
Hi guys, it’s certainly been a while since I’ve managed to post on here with being so busy however I feel I just need to put a post out there as a gentle reminder with the busiest time of year approaching and still feeling under the weather on another round of antibiotics!
Just a few pointers to remember please-
💙we really don’t mind working early/late and being as accommodating as we can where we can, but remembering your appointments is your responsibility. We had just shy of £500 worth of no shows one week alone at the end of October with no cancellation charges and with being unwell, managing a house renovation and family time it’s just a lot.
💙 online banking- works great for us, but please I hate having to chase for money owed, again it’s getting out of hand- so can we make sure this is sorted prior to collections please as I really don’t like to chase and I don’t want to have to stop it for everyone.
💙 we currently can’t take on any newbies but will be re-evaluating in the new year.
💙 9 years of loving your dogs means we have some golden oldies that require some extra time and support in their groom now- thank you for being patient and trusting us as always with them.
We love our job, and will always do our best for you all- but I do have to have a cut off point too for some R&R. We look forward to getting everyone ready for Christmas and looking their usual fab selves, we are already full, but have a cancellation list lined up incase of any changes.
