🐶🐶 Hi everyone. We have limited space for welfare cuts this Wednesday and Thursday.

Welfare cuts consist of full face trim, sanitary trim, feet and nails. If there are knots under arms or belly we can sort those out too.

It does not include a full body groom or bath.

Most of you are aware we are still unopened due to lockdown restrictions.

Some of you are leaving messages that are being unread because for some reason it’s not letting us get into the inbox.

There are times I may not get to the phone as I have my little girl with me all the time so it does make answering the phone difficult at times.

Hi everyone,

I’m really sorry but for some reason I cannot get into the messages on here. Please don’t think I’m ignoring anyone as I’m having a few texts implying this.

I am currently moving house, working and looking after my daughter. I am trying my hardest to get back to everyone but as I said I haven’t any appointments until the new year unless I have any cancellations.

I understand this is frustrating but I can only take a certain amount of bookings. I’m very sorry I am not saying no out of spite and if I could fit everyone’s dogs in I would. I find it hard to say no to people but am then overwhelming myself and it’s affecting my mental health.

Hi everyone,

Leading up to Christmas we get very busy. We have people rebooking to make sure they get their spots usually starting around September-October time

We understand everybody wants to get their pooch in before Christmas but due to high demand I no longer have any appointments between now and the 24th December

We are still getting cancellations from a few people so there is a possibility of getting your dog groomed if you call on the day but no promises!

We are really sorry for any inconvenience caused and if I do not answer the phone it is purely because I am extremely busy

If I do not see you before Christmas I hope you all have wonderful celebrations and hopefully a better new year

🐶🐶 Hi everyone just to let you all know we are back open..

We have appointments available from Thursday 9th July but are limited due to health and safety.

To keep with the social distancing rules we will have a cage situated between the gate and the entrance. What we have been doing is asking you to pop your doggies in the cage and remove their collars/harness’ and take them home with you so we haven’t got any cross contamination of anyone’s belongings..

There will be a container on top of the cage for you to pop your money in (in an envelope would be best)

There is hand sanitizer there for you to use if you wish and we will be wearing masks to maximise the safety of our customers..

We will be remaining closed until the government allows us to re-open

We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause but it is to keep people safe during the pandemic
