Happy International Dog Day from all of us at Bella + Duke! How is your dog celebrating today?

We spend a lot of our time talking about dogs, whether that's ours, yours, or everyone else's. And we absolutely love it. Sharing photos, comparing zoomie stories, and agreeing that yes, obviously, your dog is the smartest one.

And we're more than happy to keep talking about them, especially today. They don't care what kind of day you've had, they're just happy you're home. They turn a walk around the block into an adventure, a stick into something worth celebrating, and a house into a home. Chaotic. Muddy. 3am-zoomie-fuelled. They make everything better just by being there.

Today, we're sharing some photos from our team and from our Pack, who let us know how their dog was celebrating on this special day.

Chloe took to the streets of Edinburgh, armed with questions and a hunger for answers about raw food.

She stumbled upon Rudy, the little lion dog with a fantastic harness, and her human. No matter how the quiz went, we made sure Rudy scored all the treats, because who can resist a little lion dog?

At our core, we believe that every pet deserves the best, and that includes their diet. Our Lead In-House Veterinary Advisor, Carolanne, has been guiding us through the ins and outs of feeding our furry friends, and today she tackles an important question: Can you mix Bella + Duke with other types of food?

The answer is a yes! We know that life gets busy, and feeding your pet a completely raw diet isn't always feasible. But fear not! Even introducing a little of our food into their meals can have wonderful benefits. Think of it this way: some Bella + Duke is better than none.
