Grooming,
We work on appointments only diary so that we can make sure your dog does not mix with others and we can give the best possible care, the shampoos and conditioners that we use are all Pet Head, over the years I've tried all the cheaper grooming shampoos and I can honestly say I would never use any on my own dogs so I would not use them on yours (lets face it our dogs are our babies!) for
that reason the shampoos that we use cost on average on 6 times more than the standard grooming shampoos. Every dog that comes to us for bathing or grooming services receives nails trimmed included in the price (no hidden extra) we like to work with every one of our customers so we can get your dog into the style that you like and can easily maintain. We also welcome the naughty dogs and stressed dogs (all that we ask is that you let us know in advance if you think your dog may be a little stressed or naughty so we can make sure we are prepared)
Our bathing area has been designed to have two sections, we have a raised bath and drying area for the smaller dogs and a low step in area for the larger dogs (so that even the OAP`s can easily manage to step in)
Our grooming area has been designed with hydraulic tables that almost drop down to floor level so that the larger dogs and dogs with medical conditions such as arthritis don't have to be lifted and can easily step on (reducing stress in the salon)
Customers are more than welcome to wait but all we ask is that you please don't disturb your dog during grooming as this can only make them become stressed (they want to get to mummy/daddy not be sat with us!)

All products that we sell have been tested on Leo, Ellie and Kara (my very own guinea pigs) my guys test everything so that we can give you our opinion and only sell stock we can honestly recommend. Meaning all stock we sell is below the RRP
