Hi all - just to let you know that we will close early on Tuesday 26th May due to the race.

On behalf of East Hull Harriers and Athletics club I would like to give you advance notice of our forthcoming running event, to be held on Tuesday 26th May, starting and finishing in Leven following a route to Brandesburton. This event has been kindly hosted through your village over many years on 'open roads'; however to comply with more stringent regulations and for the safety of all, we now must undertake the event with a series of temporary rolling road closures as per the attached image and details within this post.
This is in agreement with ERYC and Humberside Police.
If you have any queries I will do my best to answer such.
If any of your residents would like to enter this is available on the night at the bargain price of £10, for a measured and timed 10km event.
· 6.30pm – All route closed to traffic
· 7.15pm (Est) - Start - Starrcarr Lane – New Road/Main Street Junction Reopened once last runner through.
· 7.20pm (Est) - Main Street Junction – Frodingham Road – Mill Lane Junction Reopened once last runner through.
· 7.35pm (Est) - Mill Lane – Unnamed Road Junction Reopened once last runner through.
· 7.45 pm (Est) Unnamed Road – Unnamed Road Junction Reopened once last runner through
· 8.00pm (Est) - Heigholme Lane Reopened once last runner through
· 8.30pm (Est) - West Street – South Street – Reopened once last runner through
· 8.30pm (Est) – All roads re-opened
