Multi Award Winning Dog Experts, husband and wife team Dave & Natasha bring to the area a wealth of knowledge, experience and services for doggies from local and surrounding areas 🐾

After moving from London and setting up home in Devon they bring with them an array of skills, knowledge and compassion for doggies and are already proving to be in high demand from local areas.

With over 300 5* reviews online, 15 business awards, certificates awards and masters under their belts, with clients travelling through villages, towns, cities and even overseas for their services, and a natural passion for the well-being and happiness of every dog, they are all in for a treat 🐾

Dog related anything and everything… whether it be dog grooming services, day care, dog boarding services, nutritional advice, weight management advice, puppy training tips and tricks… we welcome any enquires to help you, if it’s not something we offer here we will endeavour to make a recommendation of where you could try. Our goal in life is to help doggies and their parents… we’ve been doing this for 19+ years with two successful salons helping thousands of grateful wagging tails and their parents, 30+ years dog related experience…

Natasha was a Veterinary Practice Manager, managing a 5 branch practice for 10 years and has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to more then just grooming and offers support and advice wherever she can ❤️

Natasha is the highest qualified dog groomer for many miles with her Level 3 Certificate in Dog Grooming, Level 3 Diploma in Dog Grooming, Level 3 in Management, ILM Level 5 in Management, Level 3 Certificate in Teaching and is the only Internationally Certified Master Groomer for miles 🤗 and in recent years was recognised for Business Woman Of The Year ☺️

Specialising in nervous and nervous aggressive doggies, Cocker Spaniels and Poodle mixed breeds, Natasha & Dave welcome any breed any experience and requirement and for those extra special doggies who maybe have a history of a fear of the salon… given time with them guarantee will develop a new found love for their spa days!

We’re also avid horse and pony lovers 🤗 amongst every other type of animal!

Shadow 💗 you little sweetheart and your first salon to a grooming salon 🐾

When doggies join us as an adult, having not experienced a grooming salon before the way we work is to treat them, as if they are 12 week old puppy, to introduce them very 🐾 gradually 🐾 carefully 🐾 compassionately 🐾 patiently to all the different areas of the experience.

This helps to reduce any fears are anxieties that they might apprehend, prevent any negative, or worrying experience, and allows time to build up their trust and confidence.

We work in a way that we are guided by the doggies in what we are doing, how long we do something for and how we do something for example sc******ng a certain paw, or brushing out a tail, so that throughout the process in the Spoilt Rotten salon everything we do, the doggies think was their idea 💡

Having what we are doing being, their idea means they are fully on board with what we are doing, they have a positive experience, they enjoy their experience, and most importantly, they always want to come back ❤️

It’s the most rewarding feeling knowing that you have got a doggies trust and confidence, and with the amount of experience we have, we are able to achieve this often in just an hour working with a new doggy 🐾

When you choose Spoilt Rotten, you are simply choosing the salon they would choose 🐾 it’s the sole reason I set up the salon, because I wouldn’t trust anyone with my own 💗 and strive to support others as much as I can 🐾
