☀️ Hot Weather Reminder ☀️

The safety and wellbeing of the dogs in my care will always come first.

When temperatures are too high, I won’t be taking dogs out for walks. Even if it doesn’t feel too hot to us, dogs can overheat very quickly, and pavements can become hot enough to burn their paws.

Walking in extreme heat can lead to:
🐾 Burnt paw pads
🥵 Heat exhaustion
🚑 Heatstroke, which can be life-threatening
💧 Dehydration

Thank you for understanding that these decisions are made with your dog’s health and safety as my top priority. I’d much rather keep them company at home than put any dog at risk. ❤️🐶
