At Broadlands Cattery, we know our booking forms and check-in questions can sometimes seem rather detailed 😅📝

From feeding routines and medication, to favorite treats, sleeping habits and personality quirks.. every question helps us provide the very best individual care possible during your cat’s stay❤️

Some arrive and instantly make themselves at home, supervising the staff within minutes🤣
Others may prefer a quieter approach whilst they settle into their surroundings 🛌

The more we know beforehand, the easier it is for us to help your cat feel safe, relaxed and comfortable whilst they are away from home 🐾✨

At Broadlands Cattery, we understand that every cat is different, especially nervous, shy or first time boarders 🐾

That’s why we always take a calm, gentle and patient approach to helping cats settle in. We allow them time to adjust at their own pace, maintain familiar routines where possible🛌🍽️. We also carefully monitor eating, drinking and behavior during their stay👀

Sometimes all it takes is a little patience, a cosy bed and a quiet environment for confidence to start shining through ✨

🐹💛 We had the pleasure of looking after these adorable guinea pigs the other week at Broadlands Cattery! They were such lovely little guests and brought lots of smiles during their stay 🥕✨

The cats absolutely loved watching the guinea pigs having an amazing time in their hut and eating their veggies🥕🙈💫

As the cattery gets busier every year (honestly… how?! 😅), I just wanted to take a moment to say a huge thank you to our incredible team here at Broadlands.

Your hard work, care, and dedication never go unnoticed — and it’s because of you that everything runs so smoothly, even when the days are non-stop and the cats just keep coming 🐾💨

We’re constantly growing, evolving, and improving behind the scenes, and I’m really hoping the new system we’re putting in place will make life that little bit easier for us all 🤞

When preparing for your cat’s stay with us at Broadlands Cattery, please remember to bring their vaccination records 📋

While we don’t always need to see them (especially for returning guests), it’s always best to have them with you just incase 👍

Having them to hand helps us:
✔️Keep check-in smooth and stress- free
✔️Ensure all cats are protected and safe
✔️Maintain our high health standards for every guest🐱✨

A quick tip 💡- pop a photo of the records on your phone a couple days before or before you travel, just to be safe!
