As Volunteers’ Week comes to a close, we’re looking back on just some of the incredible moments from the past few days 💚
Here are just a few highlights from the week:
💙 We loved seeing groups sharing appreciation for their amazing volunteers on social, your posts have been so inspiring
🐴 Groups across the UK opened their doors for Tea with a Pony events, welcoming local communities and giving people the chance to experience RDA first-hand
🎙️ RDA UK National Volunteering Manager, Rachel, joined the What’s The Charitea? podcast to talk all things volunteering
💡 A brilliant webinar led by Rob Jackson explored how we can create more welcoming, flexible and inclusive opportunities, especially for young volunteers
🎉 Equi-Power RDA was recognised with a nomination for the Inspire Volunteering Award by Stirlingshire Voluntary Enterprise
🌟 Millie Boo Smith was named a finalist for the Stirlingshire Voluntary Enterprise in the 'Young Volunteer' category and was awarded her 200hr Saltire Awards.
