Kobe know everyone loves a good deshedding video & he's here to deliver.

You can see why brushing alone is never going to even scratch the surface! He took Jasmin & I 40 mins to dry him, that's with very powerful dryers!

It's like a candy machine exploded in the shop, but it's so satisfying & he must feel so much lighter!

Hi everyone, just a quick note about the reminder texts.
These are a courtesy & they cost me money to send. You automatically receive them 48 hours before your appointment.

When you receive your grooming appointment text, please make sure to carefully read the time, day & date and reply “YES” to confirm.
If I don’t receive a “YES” within 24 hours, I will assume you’re not attending and your appointment will be cancelled.
Replies sent later than this — especially on the day of the appointment — don’t give me enough time to fill the slot, so they won’t be accepted.
Last thing I want is to be chasing people or having people miss their appointments. Anyone who misses their apt or doesnt give 24 hours notice to cancel will be charged 50% fee for the 1st time, and 100% all other times.

Going forward, I’ll be a bit stricter with this to keep things running smoothly. I really appreciate your understanding and cooperation!
