Happy National Rescue Dog Day to our very own Duke 🐾

Before he became our beloved staff dog, Duke was a rescue dog looking for a second chance and now he spends his days bringing joy, comfort, and plenty of personality to everyone he meets.

But for many dogs in rescue, the journey to a happy ending isn’t simple. Rehabilitation care can make all the difference for dogs recovering from injury, surgery, trauma, or neglect. However, access to that care is often out of reach.

That’s why today feels like the perfect time to introduce something close to our hearts: The Suddy Dog Rehabilitation Fund 💙 A new initiative helping rescue dogs access the rehabilitation support they need to heal, recover, and thrive.

Because every dog deserves the chance Dukers got.

A huge thank you to Beechgrove Doggy Fun Park, Behaviour & Training Centre for organising such a magical event as always! Lots of money was raised for Animal Connexions Rescue & Rehoming who are celebrating 30 wonderful years! 💜

The sun was shining, the music was fantastic, and the stalls were packed with amazing goodies. ☀️ 🛍️

Everyone’s pups had the best time and we loved watching them (and Sorcha from Bow Wow Bakes 🤭) splashing around in our pool and choosing their own prizes - pure joy to watch! 💦🧸

We are already looking forward to the next one! 🧡

🐾 May is here – and it’s a BIG one for The Suddy Dog & The Suddy Dog Rehab Centre! 🐶✨

We’re kicking things off tomorrow at the Beechgrove May Day Doggy Fun Day – and we can’t wait to see you all there! 🎉

📍 Beechgrove Doggy Fun Park
📅 Bank Holiday Monday (May 4th)
⏰ 12pm – 4pm

Make sure you swing by and visit us – we’ll have a great range of exclusive blankets, vet bed, toys, treats, and much more available on the day 🛍️🐾

Our rehab team will also be there offering gait analysis using Tendiboot technology, along with a wealth of knowledge and advice. If you’ve ever wondered how rehab could help your pup, this is the perfect opportunity to come and have a chat with the team 💬🐶

It’s set to be an amazing day packed with fun – from dog shows and competitions to plenty of tail-wagging activities for your pups 🐕💛 All in support of a fantastic cause, with proceeds going to Animal Connections.

And this is just the start… 👀

Today marks 2 amazing years since our doggy fun pool opened, and what a journey it’s been! We’ve loved meeting every single dog that has come through our doors, each one bringing their own personality, fun, and splashes along the way 💦🐶

Thank you to all our wonderful customers for trusting us with your furry family members and being part of our story. We couldn’t have done it without you!🥰
