Severn Sport Dogs show how raw and palaMOUNTAINS support peak performance in UK canine sports.

Proving the power of raw feeding and in palaMOUNTAINS, delivering podium results, strong performances and healthier sport dogs.

This weekend was a busy one for Team Severn Sport Dogs as the cani-sports calendar ramps up with the arrival of colder temperatures.

Tri-dog event Bedfordshire
Severn Sport Dogs founder Ashleigh Bailey competed at the two-day Tri Dog event at Box End Park, Bedfordshire, alongside her Eurohound, Blu. On Day 1, the pair took the lead in the Duathlon (bike/run) event, putting in an exceptional performance despite Ashleigh being stung in the face by a hornet during the bike leg.

Day 2 brought more fast racing - even with a swollen eye. Ashleigh’s determination paid off with a well-deserved podium finish - 1st place in the Duathlon.

Also sharing the podium in the Duathlon were Colleen Fortherby with her Eurohound, Murphy, in 2nd place, and Kate Harman in 3rd.

Other standout performances came from:

Mel Sheehan , competing in both the Aquathon and Aquabike with Greysters Freddie and Hugo, securing overall gold in Aquabike—an incredible result following recovery from a broken collarbone earlier this year.

Paula Mcque, who took on two Tri Dog disciplines: Aquathon with Parker and Canicross with Saxon.

Jacquie Williams, finishing 1st in her age category in the Canicross discipline

All of these athletes use palaMOUNTAINS supplements, supporting stamina, recovery, and joint health in active, sporting dogs.

TriDog >> Duathlon 🐕--🚴🏼‍♀️ 🐕--🏃🏼‍♀️

Great weekend at > Blu was the bestest boy as always 🖤

Saturday, we set off, and mud flew into my face, not realising it was actually a wasp/hornet🐝.. trying to flick it off while staying on the bike 🫣 .. we had a great run and managed to finish the day in first.

Sunday my face was a little swollen but off we went, making time on our transition and the run holding on to first place for the weekend 🏆🥇

It was tight racing with Colleen Fotherby and Kate Harman, super performances girls 👏 and a podium spot for 3 of Palamountains UK canine athletes in the duathlon 😍

Beat the Black dog run for PAPYRUS Prevention of Young Su***de 💚

A cause so close to my heart ❤️ experiencing just how awful it is to loose a loved one to su***de. After a few rough months myself I am so grateful for my dogs 🐾 Today me and the old boy enjoyed the hills in the rain taking in all the memories we've created together through running ❤️‍🩹 having my family there waiting for me soaking wet 🌧 was a bonus 🥰
