Bee bo****ks while on the ferry!

There is the opportunity of having more inseminated breeder queens from Spain and Island mated breeder queens from Denmark for the end of July.

If there is interest I can try to organise an import that would have to be organised with a third import from Hungary with F1 carnicas queens. Not easy but not impossible.
Otherwise the breeder queens cost would be higher. So each breeder queens import must be at least 15 queens.
I am going to contact my suppliers and see if it is possible.

From Denmark and Spain it will be Buckfast lines but I can't say much more at the moment. Spain would be probably Anatolica line, I will confirm.

Once I have more details I will create a list. If we reach the 15 for each import we will go ahead if not...I can't do anything about it.

Melo Bees News Bulletin

Until the end of the month we have extra queens available but I need to book them. By Thursday evening every week I need to give the final numbers to the supplier. At the same time I will update the website. After this no more changes are possible.

I have booked some queens but that doesn't mean the supplier will hold more queens then what I have booked. The sooner I book the higher the chances of getting the numbers I want. So planning is important.

In principle the queens this week will be posted on Wednesday, all is looking good but at the last minute I could end up in Calais drinking cocktails all day! Let's hope the courier stays on track!

Königin 50 kgs/hour screw press. Little devil does a very good job.

Königin uncapping machine picked up by a customer today and went straight into operation. Nice piece of equipment. This particular one has a rolling tank underneath instead of a fixed one.
