. Since arriving at Thorndale Farm in September 2006, we have been reflecting on what it is we really want to achieve here. In our stunning Cotswolds location and with top class facilities, we’re confident that we can offer a first class training set up which owners will love and more importantly so will their horses. One of the key aims of Kim Bailey Racing is to ensure our horses are trained in a safe, relaxed and professional environment using training methods which unite orthodox procedures with an individual approach that generates the best possible performances from the horses. Kim’s hallmark has been the ability to blend strict training discipline with the patience and individual care that is given to each and every horse in the yard.

👀 Looking for a lease horse

We are looking to lease a horse for the coming season for a couple of owners to have some fun with this season.

We will:
- Cover all training fees
- Insure the horse for an agreed value
- Return 50% of any prize money to the owner

The horse must be sound, have already been in training and shown respectable form and ability

It may particularly suit the following:
* Someone with a mare they would like to keep racing but who may wish to reduce costs for a season
* An owner with an older horse they would be happy to lease while concentrating on younger stock coming through.

✔️ The horse would remain in full training here for next winter, be campaigned positively, and treated as if it were our own.

The aim is simple — to have some fun, enjoy the season, and hopefully we will return your horse home with a few wins to its name.

25/26 season over and out!! What a fabulous first full season it has been with Kim and Mat both on the licence:
🥇 35 winners 🥈 18 seconds 🥉 36 thirds from 54 individual horses and 194 runners including our season highlight White Noise winning at the Cheltenham Festival.

This season has been all about the young horses being educated and learning their trade in bumpers and over hurdles with their future's over fences firmly in mind.

A huge thanks must go to all of our wonderful owners for their support, to our great team of staff, jockeys, farriers and vets who all work hard day-in day-out to make everything possible.
Also a big thank you to Dodson and Horrell for supporting us for another year.

We have a lovely bunch of quality young horses to go to war with this season and we are all very much looking forward to what's to come!
