We hope everyone is enjoying the ☀️

Given the super hot weather this week, we had to make the decision to close on some days and offer early morning walks/pop ins! This isn’t a decision taken lightly but we do hope you understand. Your pooches safety is most important to us ❤️

We will continue to monitor the temperatures for the rest of this week taking all precautions!

In the meantime here’s some tips on how to keep your pooch cool at home too 😎
-Cool mats
-Cool coats
-Wet towels to lay on
-Paddling pools
-Shaded areas 🌳
-Fans around the home
-Lots of fresh water changed regularly 💦
-Doggy ice creams🍦

Remember-
🔸Brachycephalic dogs such as English and French bulldogs, bull mastiffs, Boston terriers, boxers, pugs, shih tzus, Lhasa apsos are at high risk of heat stroke due to shortened snouts! Senior dogs and puppies are also at high risk!
