🐾GENTLE REMINDER ON POLICIES🐾

🐶 Minnie + More reserves the right to refuse service if a dog is overly anxious or aggressive. Please inform your stylist of any known triggers in advance (e.g. loud noises, nail clipping, etc.).

🐶 Any matting will be removed to prevent unnecessary suffering and discomfort to your dog. While I will attempt to minimise the aesthetic impact of this, it may be necessary for your dog to be trimmed shorter to prevent any further suffering. While I am committed to maintaining your dog’s appearance, this will never be at the expense of their comfort and safety.

🐶 If you will be unable to make your appointment, please contact Minnie + More as soon as possible. Any cancellations within 48 hrs of the appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost of the appointment. If your groomer has to cancel, you are not expected to pay anything before rescheduling.

🐶 Your data is collected purely for the purposes of accountability, and to ensure we are providing the most appropriate services for you and your dog. You are entitled to view or access the details you have shared with Minnie + More at any time. Your information will not be shared with any third parties, and remains on a password-protected advice that only your groomer has access to. You can request your details are deleted at any point.

🐶 Minnie + More is an appointment-based business. I kindly request that you are on time for your appointment and for collecting your dog. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment I may not have sufficient time to complete the service. If this is the case, it will be treated as a cancellation and the 50% fee applies.

🐶 Payment in full should be given at drop off or pickup, unless another arrangement has been made. We accept contactless cards, mobile payment, secure bank transfer or cash.

🐶 It is important to me that you are satisfied with the service you receive. Should you have any concerns or complaints, please contact Minnie + More in the first instance to allow me the opportunity to settle any concerns or complaints you may have. If you are unhappy with any part of the groom, you are entitled to arrange to come back to the salon within a week to have this rectified. Equally, any positive feedback is welcome too! This will help me to know what I’m doing well and where I can improve.

🐶 At Minnie + More, I like to showcase my work on our social media pages. You may see your dog photographed for the use of promotional material or portfolio building. You can request that this is removed at anytime.

🐶 Minnie + More is committed to promoting your dog’s wellbeing through grooming. During the grooming process I may come across something that you may not have been aware of. This will be noted and communicated to you at pickup. It is the responsibility of the owner to monitor this and seek veterinary advice if necessary. I am a dog groomer, and not a veterinarian. While I have been trained in canine first aid, I cannot provide veterinary advice or diagnose your pet. Adding to this, I will not express your dog’s a**l glands.
