We often get asked “how can we help PAWS-PATAS”.So here’s some ideas how you can make a difference to your life & those in our care
DONATE -
• Just 1€ a month.Less than a cup of coffee a week.Easy and quick to do. Go to https://www.teaming.net/paws-patasanimalrescueshelter & follow the instructions.Once registered, each month 1€ will be sent from your account to PAWS-PATAS.1€ a month, doesn’t sound a lot does it, just 12€ a year?But how many people are on our local FB groups, must be hundreds of thousands?Just imagine if we had 1,000 members?That would mean donations of 1,000€ a month, 12,000€ a year, to help with food costs, cleaning materials, vet bills etc
• Your no longer needed items for us to sell in our shops.Whether it’s one item,you’re having a clear out or moving house,please drop smaller items to one of our shops.Call us to arrange collection of larger items
• Bedding & Towels for our furry friends in the shelter
• Your time.Do you have a few hours a week to spare at the shelter? Whether it's walking the dogs, cleaning, feeding and, best of all, playing with them, you’ll be sure our furry friends will be grateful. Maybe you're good at DIY or gardening?If so, our shelter needs you!
• Unwanted gift?Please consider donating it to us for one of our future raffles.If you're a business, vouchers for your establishment are always popular in our raffle draws.
OTHER WAYS TO HELP -
• Invite your friends to our events.Spreading the word helps us with more attendees.More attendees = more fun (& of course more help with our costs)
• See our posters below (remember your swimwear and towel if coming to our Saturday event as the pool is open to all)🤽♀️ But sorry, no dogs allowed
Whatever your skills, we need you & we guarantee you'll get the "feel good factor" helping PAWS-PATAS
Perhaps you have room in your heart for a furry friend but can't commit permanently?Why not join our amazing ‘family’ of fosterers,so we then have the opportunity to help another abandoned animal earlier
